Anna Koenig joined MJFLA (Milwaukee Jewish Free Loan Association) as the Executive Director in 2023. With a proven track record of leadership, outreach, and a commitment to excellence, Anna has guided MJFLA into a future filled with innovation, growth, and continued success. Anna brings with her not only a passion for social justice and making a positive impact on the lives of others, but also a family history of making interest-free loans dating back to her grandmother, a Holocaust refugee who came to the U.S. when she was eight years old. Anna has over eight years of experience in the Jewish non-profit sector, working at the Milwaukee Jewish Federation and Hillel Milwaukee in previous roles. Anna has led the non-sectarian agency cohort for IAJFL since 2024 and strives to elevate the mission of interest-free lending across all communities.
